Le weekend passé, Simon et Edgar ont représenté la Jade Switzerland au National Board Summit à Bruxelles. Ceci était le premier événement où le nouveau Board exécutif JADE, les International Managers et les Boards exécutifs des différentes confédérations discutaient et débâtaient au sujet des prochaines étapes de l’année à venir.
Quelles étaient les sujets ? Approuver le plan annuel et le budget annuel ; Plusieurs trainings internes pour les IM et les Boards nationaux (communication d’élargissement et qualité du réseau) ; Discussions au sujet d’une stratégie de réseau unifié.
Nous sommes vraiment heureux que nous nous accordions tous pour un élargissement en Europe comme un objectif. Exactement dans la même vision que notre amour de Jade Switzerland qui travaille sur cela depuis des mois.

Last weekend, Simon and Edgar represented Jade Switzerland at the National Board Summit in Brussels. This was the first event where JADE’s new Executive Board, International Managers and Executive Boards of different confederations discussed and debated about the next steps for the coming year.
But what was it about ? Approve the annual plan and the annual budget ; Various internal trainings for IM’s and national Boards (communication to enlargement and network quality) ; Discussion for an united netwrok strategy.
We are really happy that we all assume enlargement in Europe as a shared goal. Exactly in the same way our lovely Jade Switzerland is working on it for several months.
